Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

I don't get it. We were Enterprise last year before LL came onboard. He changed it to C&C. now 8 months later we go back to Enterprise, but with a fancier logo. Where is the logic in that? We just got everything reading C&C (finally)...just to put it back and change the logo. What a waste of time and energy. Guess if we wait a year or two it will make another full circle.

Funny how people say leadership is the problem but can’t even do their job. Half the people on here probably walks around and talk half the time.

What a waste of money - this will not fix the customer churn issues or any of the systems and product issues. Fact is when the employees show up tomorrow and the next day things are still the same. The current leadership is the problem - let’s quess how much the company will spend on this rebranding ?

I thought the local Little Rock Kinko’s did a nice job on the new re-branding. Waste of Time and Miney as Usual!

Those who complain on here has no money to short such a stock. Probably cant even pay the barrow rate if they do or how to open an account. I'm not saying Windstream is in a great position but atleast they're giving themselves a fighting chance. Go or bad, they're trying. Maybe not hard enough but they're trying. Dont be so sour if you got laid off, invest in yourself for once so you can find another job.

I seriously can't read your comments without throwing up in my mouth while I watch the turmoil inside. PLEASE come to OUR market and talk to OUR customers. "WE" are the lackluster incumbent service provider that customers are leaving. "WE" will NOT get them back.

Everything is great on Stream! That’s where they announce all our new VPs and Principals. All these made up jobs for all the a kissers. Just watched a slew of LAMs rearranged to make room for one a kisser. They found out a LAM didn’t know their a-- from a hole in the ground so they move them all around to accommodate one. WIN is a joke or is it WE now?

If you'd rather read a bunch of circle jerking better stick to Stream.

This message is for everyone who is posting negative feedbacks. Why don't you just put your money where your mouth is. If you strongly believe Windstream will bankrupt why don't you just go against it and short it. Here is your opportunity to prove everyone wrong while making a ton of money.

So hilarious these guys -- they are so full of themselves. Probably wrote 'tectonic shifts' on a c---tail napkin and then said -- that's a good one... Executives are skilled at completely exploiting customized information. What it boils down to is a need to fungibly aggregate cloud-based bandwidth and phosfluorescently e-enable fully tested strategic theme areas. "Disruptive technologies" is nothing more than a way to quickly foster cutting-edge methodologies to quickly transition business users and competently build best-of-breed infrastructures.

Was there a meeting at WS this morning for this announcement? Nothing on Stream yet.

They hyped this call like it was big news lol. All that for a new logo for a business unit.......no raise or bonus, just 1hr of motivational catch phrases and nothing of any substance. My god these execs are out of touch. And they danced around another layoff question.

No money for raises, but by golly we're getting a new trade show booth!

How much money are we about to spend for new letterhead, business cards, vehicle wraps, uniforms, and office decor?

Pass that Kool-aid. Everybody gets a big drink of disruptive flavor, while being a pathfinder for customers.
