Got a package yesterday, kind of expected since I was just assigned to another team. I'm glad that I'm still young, and I have been in WD for more than 10 years, seeing many people left and all have better jobs than WD. The problem for WD now is that most of the leadership are from a failure company, how do you expect people from a company been acquired to lead your company moving forward? But anyway, I thanks to legacy WD gave a chance to work and hope my colleague all luck in the future.

Any position under Director is 1 week of pay for every year of service - max 26 weeks and 3 months of cobra. Director and Sr. Director is 6 months pay and 3 months cobra.
They should send the packet info to your personal email. If they haven't, text your old boss or reach out to HR.
How did you get the package? Manager said they even dnot know .
package is the same as usual, 2 month+ 1 week per year service.
