I quit the moment I got the email. I refuse to support this CEO at any cost.
If you accept this you’re an enabler.
Do not let such a “leader” exist show him he is wrong. Take a hit others don’t!

Yes! I did so and am proud. I’m not going to sale my self short for any reason. I know my worth and refuse to back down. I’m free
@jvc+1lxQduHn - you only do it to work on finding another job. The moment you find that other job, you jump.
Do you suggest that a worker just eat into his savings instead? Unemployment does not pay if you quit. Better to take care of yourself and do QQ for only as long as it takes to find another job.
Use them. They want you to just leave so they can replace you with some Genpact cattle and not pay your unemployment.
If you're remote, just get another job and work both!
I’m Sorry you’re happy being a cattle. Don’t cry when you’re slaughtered. I’m better then this.
Quiet Quitter, you are playing into their hands. “Good enough” is all they are asking for sadly. That is exactly what they want, keep things afloat so they can send the remaining cattle to the slaughterhouse. If you can, quit!
I suggest using them to continue getting a paycheck until you find something better. Look up the term quiet quitting, where you do the bare minimum, whatever you are told to do, and nothing more. This will give you extra time to find something better and update your resume without having to use unemployment checks.
It lets you deny them the high performance they crave from you while at the same time looking out for yourself.
Think like a mercenary, friend. Don't let your emotions rule your mind. You can get even with them, use them, and all the while you can still deny them what they want while taking care of yourself.
