It’s not gonna stop. Tough working for a shrinking poor long term company.

Thanks Bill. True leader.
I have been here 25 years and have yet to know anyone quitting because of RTO. Where would they go in banking that is different? You all bi--h and moan about everything. I come here for thr humorous complaining like 8 year olds. Hit the down arrow if you agree to disagree that you don’t like working hard and making good money. Would you rather have a real job outside during the winter or replacing shingles on a roof in Florida in July? Give me a fn break
@ed RTO is just a passive aggressive way of having people quit on account of the unbearable commute instead of laying them off/firing them which would require unemployment/severance. It's a war of attrition and we're all on the front line.
The bank isn’t going to be doing mass layoffs anytime soon. They put this 5 day RTO in place for the reason of not doing mass layoffs and having to pay severance , unemployment and benefits.
Yes, layoffs do exist within the company, but don’t spread false rumors that gives people unnecessary anxiety right before the holidays.
Aha!
Gadzooks!
Eureka!
What areas of the bank/LOB are you hearing or seeing this?
Haven’t heard or read anything about mass layoffs.
What’s your source?
The biggest one is coming this holiday season. Merry Christmas!
Yeah….so
