will there be another layoff or are they hoping for a fallout after the new policies and not have to do another layoff. I can see one happening if the fallout doesn't happen fast enough. People were saying more sales team were going to be let go but so far it has been fairly quiet.

Don’t accept any manager invites for Monday (the 19th), unless you’re damn sure you know what it’s about . Mondays the day for us based teams (all orgs, not just sales)

The reason for offering remote is to stem the stampede out the door.
I think in August they will reassess body count and number of remotes and do another culling.
