Premier Chat Team is gone at the end of the month. There is a large group of support planned for any orders not going online. That might divert volume away from your area as they will now be workimg with OP for those orders. All support teams will be reavaluated after the storm of 100% online has calmed down for the next WFR but not the Feb one. Some sales reps, PAMs, select OP and other support members will be impacted this go round.
I heard Dell will have record earnings due to reduced staff and overworking remaining. Good job, my Dell stock is up up up
was talking to a senior manager, he said we will know in about a week for those on the chopping block. there last day will be 2nd week in feb.

nothing official here in draper Utah, but moral is pretty low across the board on floor 4... heard several people talking about "changes" coming in feb.. but no one seems to know the details of that yet.
