I am curious, did anybody get a CTP package that says you are rehirable? does anybody know for sure why they do this?

@jp has there been any success of that though? I'm trying to find an employment lawyer but this Michigan being an at-will state I found it to be hard
@jp And what happens if you decline the severance and then find out that you dont have a case for wrongful termination? You just threw away thousands and are left holding a big donut hole...Brilliant strategy!
Don't sign it. Sue instead. You'll still never be able to with there again but you'll get more money than the severance package.
good for other employers, but unfortunately one less option for people,,, also means one family tree forever avoid this brand ,, you will never get those customers back!!
That should be illegal.
That only applies until they WANT you back. If they decide they want you later, they find a way.
