He should be held accountable for consumer fraud. He is knowingly telling the world imaginary success in AI. What we have here is costly barely functional wrappers.

I said the exact same thing, like chat bots, not actual AI. Its stupid.

@jm anyone with even basic technical knowledge can see through candyman’s 100xAI bullsh-t. I’m happy to see more people directly call him out in the Viva Engage posts. 3 years into this AI journey and they have completely fumbled it with mandates and requiring it to be put where it doesn’t belong. Then you have grifter teams mostly in India making outrageous claims to get funding from business teams using AI. Of course US teams can’t compete with fantasy lies. How about we fix/replace our >40 year old mainframe systems that can’t even make basic changes anymore. No one wants to have that discussion because it isn’t some hyped up bullsh-t.

Now this year our Sr Director made it clear if you aren’t working on an AI project you will only get a 3 this year. As if we even have the opportunity to work on one. These people are insane.

So who is running the Dev Days show now? I worked there from 2017 to 2022 and it was good until post-Covid then it went down hill with all the backstabbing and everyone stealing work from others and su-king up to Aimee Cardwell.

@b8 Candyman is way too fu--ing stupid and up his own a-s to be capable of whistleblowing. Leadership is likely just equally too stupid to see through his obvious grift, or his nepotistic ties run very deep.

His stupidity is costing this company a lot of money, in the short-term and, more visibly, down the road. They would've canned his a-s a long time ago regardless of what he knows if there was any intelligence behind the decisions made at this company.

Yup, we were told directly by our VP that anyone who doesnt complete AI dojo will be next on the list to be let go.

Then he turned around and acted shocked that survey results and morale were in the tank, and berated us for answering negatively on the results

IKR. I love how they're boasting about the AI Dojo enrollment as if people are doing this for their health and interest. 80% of Optum Tech enrolled, etc. While I'm sure that's true for some (doing it because they want to do it), we're mostly doing this because we are mandated to, whether we like it or need it.

He is employed because he knows things , he can blow the whistle on these corrupt people and hence he is employed.

Remember- we cannot do better. This is the best system for organizing people, labor, and money on the planet and it works beautifully and the products work beautifully as well. just keep buying things and working and don't question anything as your family and community gets sicker and poorer and weaker
