My heart breaks for all the good people being laid off right before the holidays. This is abhorrent behavior that is coming from the company most of us dedicated our lives to. What should we do?

That's business as usual before the holiday season honey. Get used to it if you want to keep working in pharma.

I know some of you won't like this but we should try and unionize. AstraZeneca left us with no choice here.
