Anyone know if we are getting bonuses in March? Or is that not a thing?

The employees aren’t happy, the customers are not happy, the stock market isn’t happy.
Sure there will be bonuses. It’s just that they will be given to the few that cause all of the above.
The person posting about “ quarterly salary bonuses for keeping your job” excellently depicts the opinion of the few.
Have they officially said there would be no bonuses this year?
CE’s are taking job offers by the competition. No suprise NCR is unable to retain or lure talent. Our area is decimated of workers with a couple reqs open which cannot be filled. Those CE’s left are being asked to work 12+hr shifts.
So the bonus or raise is coming from mandatory OT, which ruins family life.
Lousy comment to make about CE’s
There are some really good techs, but the number is declining, I always said one great tech is worth as much as 3-4 bad techs.
Unfortunately the bad techs are often paid similarly to the great ones and the bad ones have been trying the new ones passing on all their bad habits. Then add contractors in the mix, they turn over constantly, so the never even are really trained.
It can get ugly with the Ce’s, but there are still some good ones, but that number is on the decline.

Stick it where the sun don't shine. Without CE's, your job will be pushing a broom in Walmart. SW don't run on air, it takes HW and HW takes CE's. That said NCR's SW is no angel anyways, so just go collect unemployment.
Customer engineers do not deserve any bonuses. Those pieces of sh** are employed to drive places and ask “have you tried turning it off and on again”…
Bonuses… give me a break. Just be happy NCR keeps you around.

The United States bonus is given every quarter. That bonus is being employed and your job isn’t outsourced to our world class teams in Serbia, India & Cebu.
Over decades NCR hardly ever gave a bonus, never anything meaningful, couple hundred bucks after taxes, just a couple times in decades of work.
As far as raises, many years nothing, the other maybe get 1-2%
They may have changed names, but both companies are still super cheap.
Best way to make up Monet is charge them extra overtime each week, some guys even have had deals with their manager to charge 10-20 hours a week to keep the special ones happy.
Have they been cancelled? I got a new job lined up, I'm just waiting to start until I get my bonus.

Didn't you hear these are canceled for 2025. The ELT needs the extra money for super yacht payments, condos in the Med. and cabins in Jackson Hole.
We are just peons, not a valuable asset to them.
