With surpluses....BIG ONES... looming is this going to solve the problem? We bust be getting fined like crazy to change tours of 59,000 folks!l worldwide! Does anyone know of any Customer Care cuts coming? Or has COVID19 haulted that for the time being?

Plans were already formed to make cuts across the company prior to the virus, like every year. COVID-19 is going to be used as an escape goat so the company doesn’t look bad. They will just say something like “to stay competitive during these challenging times we made a difficult decision to let go of x amount of our workforce”
