@kj That's a fair point. I know at least five developers who have moved on recently. Personally, I like my team, and the thought of interview prep isn't exactly appealing.
Still, Fiserv continues to lose employees with years of specialized knowledge of critical legacy systems over relatively small compensation differences. Meanwhile, the company is pouring resources into AI initiatives and hiring external leadership. Then management wonders why stability and institutional knowledge keep deteriorating.
This will be my last year here.
Why not give the next employer top tier effort for fair pay?
@jh they are clueless. The freeze promotions and spend millions in ai. Im sipently dropping pack and i expect everyone to do the same. They get top tier effort when they pay me fairly
Adam and Jennifer are tone deaf. Keep in mind he was the General Counsel during the period of time the company tanked. Why would he get a salary increase when the performance of the company is horrible. If the Board approved management raises when the shareholders are losing it is even more egregious. Mike Lyons, where are and why are you not leading??
LMAO ... typical fi idiocy....lol
The clown show never ceases to amuse.
How effing ignorant, clueless, self important, and an @$$ho!e can someone be? Adam is how. Don't be an Adam... 🤦🏼
Top talent does not equal the leadership. Top talent is in the rank and file but they can’t see it.
Executive leadership still cannot read a room. Also - executive leadership is how we got here in the first place.
I have been here more than 15 years and have never seen morale this low.
