“Safety is number one goal”. ...lol.. they sent geologists, engineers, ... to perform field operations running wells. None of them have any training at all. All fun and games until someone gets hurt or worse.

“Safety is our number one goal” blah blah and 10 months later we still do not report incidents under one system. Actions speak louder than words. Incompetence on every level.
