Director but new title in offer letter. Salary unchanged. 400 RSU w/ vesting schedule.
“Manager” no idea what the grading is on that… Same Salary, 300 RSUs vested quarterly over 4 years.
P3 w/ 70 RSUs, vesting quarterly
P4 - 90 RSU's. vesting quarterly.
2000 RSUs my A$$
P6 with 2,000 + RSUs.

I'm also US based, Sales P4. My offer includes with 80 Broadcom RSUs with a vesting schedule. Here is what is in the letter:
Dear xxxx,
We are pleased to welcome you to the Broadcom group (although please note your employer will continue to be your current VMware, Inc. entity). We are also proposing some changes to your terms and conditions of employment, which are set out below. Please note that these changes are presented as a package and you must agree to all changes in order to be eligible for the equity grant described below.
Your position will be End-User Sales Engineer 4, reporting to me. For the purpose of calculating your years of continuous service, your date of commencement of continuous service with your VMware, Inc. employer will be used.
Your compensation package is as follows (less
applicable deductions and withholdings):
