Was there any extended medical coverage included?

@jf Real question: if someone isn’t hitting their numbers today, what does it matter what they did over the last 10 years? Why is there constant reference to history when the company is in trouble today?
Does anyone know what the severance/redundancy pay is in the UK?
No severance. They went out of their way to sc--w over so many people that spent a decade or more working diligently to get this company to where it is today. Says a lot about the lack of integrity this company operates with starting with Shankar and Kevin
@OP beyond anything what the company would cover, they should offer cobra which means you purchase coverage yourself but at the same or comparable rate
Technically there is no zero severance if you didn’t work over 4-5 years here. There is only WARN
@b2 Thanks for sharing that helpful info. I'm a new hire and want to be prepared for the next Omnissa layoff. Our manager says that it's wise to be prepared, but he didn't offer any specific info at our last team meeting. I was afraid to ask about the worst case.
Two months severance as you’re put on LOA so you’re technically still an employee with full salary and benefits (no bonus though). After the two months get an additional two weeks salary for each year over five years you worked along with potential bonus if eligible. Also $1k in job search expenses.
