@jf+1jtrzrn2c he is your senior. How dare you disrespect him like that. This isn’t bidirectional. We need to setup a meeting with the HR. Let’s call it meeting of the minds. We won’t invite you though. Because we are scheming.

that's the problem with you coders... too cowardly to write in english so you have to be cryptic in some coded. grow some ba--s and stand up to criticize your leadership and challenge them.. otherwise you deserve to work in fear or loose your job. and you have no one to blame but yourself because you don't speak up. you're part of the problem that allow your incompetent leaders to walk all over you and do whatever they want.

DF said it was a good thing we failed on FNV4. That was how the decision was made to stop work, thus saving the company billions on a framework that wasn't going achieve its goals.

You are looking at this the wrong way. Go back and watch the Town Hall and read DF's comments on the homepage. (assuming you are even an employee)

Please elaborate on these code words. Some of us are TPMs, we don’t know code.

“do you really think ford has only [U.S.] people...

The point is, these dates, if true, are probably not for the U.S.

@cr+1jtrzrn2c excuse my ignorance, but who is CL? Why isn’t DF taking accountability?

All externals(M Type employees) ottawa location are being told by their parent companies that 23 May is the last day at Ford.
Next week it’s going to be A type employees and round 3 is full time employees.

Whole FNV4 under CL is going to be laid off in 3 rounds.

FYI “9 May” is a vey non-U.S. way of giving a date.

A U.S. person would have written “May 9”.

@Truthinsmoke is it true? I am nervous. My manager had emailed everyone to fill their timesheets today. There are few more days to fill that out, why it has to be today? And timesheets are only for salaried.

Consultants back inside analyzing departments, departments doing inventory on roles (especially product area and Model e). There are significant cuts coming to “hot areas” and probably other parts depending on need.

This is a company that cannot figure out how to make money but instead burns billions on subscriptions and EVs no one wants.

Fire Farley, Fields, and Amend. If the Fords want a chance they need to fire that incompetent mo--n and his goon squad.
