This is where to look for the delisting warning from NASDAQ. Should be out soon. Share price is 37 cents, nowhere close to the $1 threshold.

@8kha+1rwv8Brm, if the solution is to do a reverse stock split, then it's like watching 2U slowly go down the toi**t
Its not going to get delisted - they will just do a reverse split.
If you still have any shares, you should sell them before the delisting happens. It's much harder and presumably more expensive to sell once it goes to the OTC market. Cut your losses.
At the end of the day I don’t care about all the delisting talk, I care about how much money I have personally lost by believing in this company and losing so much of my money on this stock! Believe me , there is nothing more I want than for 2U to do well and the stock price to go up, so I could at least recoup the original thousands of dollars I put in and have lost.
@3rmf+1rwv8Brm sadder to be licking the boots that are stomping you down, mate
Its sad to watch the employees on here cheering the demise of the company thats employing them.
Here's the delisting warning. It was received on Thursday.

It depends on how much the reverse stock split ratio is. Ambow did 1-10 reverse stock split.
@jdp+1rwv8Brm, does a reverse split simply double the current stock price or is there more to the process that would move the stock above $1? Assuming it just doubles the price, it would still be under $1. Please share any info you have to help us understand why delisting is not a big deal.
@jdp+1rwv8Brm, those of the words of a failing company.
Its really not that big a deal. They have 6 more months, then worst case they do a reverse split.
