ATS Wave 2 letters will go out in 1st quarter of 2024. Actual relocation dates will be in 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarters. Criteria is not known at this time but we all know what the hidden agenda is. List your ideas in the comments.

I've heard that Wave 2 is being accelerated to speed up cost savings and also since there has been pretty minimal impact so far with employees let go.
Keep the Press rolling, ATS to India, then back after disastrous results.
That would be great to know 1Q your timeline right? Help plan the work remaining in 2024 before the exodus? Line up the new job to collect your severance. That's my clue why this isn't how it will work - it make sense.
