One really has to question the basic intelligence of people that do this. Does me responding to you, feed your troll?
I don't expect a pertinent response because that would require brain power. It does make me question what you actually do for the company if you even are a teammate.
It must be exhausting scouring a random forum to post your "contributions" to the discussion when you know, internally, you don't have anything to offer. I can understand feeling insignificant however doing what you do will never remedy that.
Maybe I am putting too much thought into you. Most likely you just check the forum for active threads and post your drivel as if it has an effect on anything or negates whatever issue is being discussed. Real Winner.

Does this include cutting down on middle management? In 2023, Project STAR cut down on managers only to fill those slots back up with the most worst people imaginable.
