@j7 Didn’t you hear what MH said in the last town hall that our benefits were almost second to none, and we had been doing so good a job that the current package was already good enough without a need to change?
Completely BS but his attitude is made quite clear to us. Stop hoping for a raise for those who stay. I will anticipate worse unless the job market is back to normal, which again doesn’t seem to be happening anytime soon.
But at a town hall over a year ago we were told if we made it through 2025 there would be some amazing benefits for still being here! Are you telling me that the money printers stole that too, so all they can afford to hire is H-1Bs, and that's why American families are becoming destitute in the nation Freddie Mac was born in and serves?

@gb Being somewhere today is not a statement about what someone can do tomorrow. People at every level have complaints, including top performers. Compensation issues and dissatisfaction at a company do not equal individual shortcomings. That structural - many people are saying the same thing. Your comment is premature, you havent thought about it well.

@dr Why does being lucky to have a job have to do with compensation? Yeah they determined my role and performance said I should stay…. Now it’s time to show me why I should continue to stay especially after the sh-t they took on culture.
Don’t forget end of year when they said we won’t be following Fanny for the extra holidays because we have a great benefits package, but go ahead and help yourself to some lemonade in the lobby . Well SHOW ME THE FU--iNG BENEFITS.
