If you get on the wrong train, get off at the next station. The longer you stay on, the more expensive the return trip is. The same could be said of a sinking ship.

No more real layoffs. Only pretend ones from here on out. Smh.
Guys, I don’t remember a single quarter in the past 10 years where there was not a rumor of a layoff. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it does not.
My team had cuts in September. Pretty danged real. Their work shifted to those remaining.
4 rating is only for C13 right as they are not having b***s to give that to higher level
@j6 hR is incapable of managing 100 people let alone 5% of the workforce on a PIP. They’re just going to dip in their big bucket of severance reserves. Cuts will be focused at a c13 level down this time
No layoff, just stack ranking and 5% of the company being PIPed.
