Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

To those who believe their layoff is Unjustified..

Whether it is a fake PIP program based layoff or direct layoff, if you had a good track record yet you were laid off because you are a US Citizen while the manager wants to fill your position with a H1B visa holder..

As per USCIS's Employment visa rules, employers 'vouch' that there is no equivalent American citizen available, hence they are sponsoring a foreign national for H1B visa.

But the reality is quite different. Just produce the facts related to Fiserv i.e. how many US citizens were laid off while Fiserv continuously sponsoring H1B visas and majorly Green Cards where they prove to US DOL with complete documentation that absolutely there is no citizen available for that position and ONLY that particular foreign national is the PERFECT fit that position to get the PERM clearance. How fake it can be these days..

Just provide the facts to USCIS and copy to Stephen Miller White House Deputy Chief of Staff for policy and Homeland Security, Copy to local DOL's authorities.

HR Schills will delete this message before it is read by others..

@nv You hit the nail on the head !!!

That kind of 'managers'/VPs only hire the same kind with H1Bs while letting others go with weird reasons.. Now here we are..

How a world class FinTech work environment can have ONLY ONE kind of employees for 80% of the workforce.. while everyone else is deemed incompetent/lazy to work, yeah right su-kers..

It is a Mafia..

Hey @jj. Respectfully so, only 18% of comp science grads are Asian and your kind make up a very small percentage of that. Yet when you look around, your kind is everywhere. You truly think this is based on merit? Or does your kind have a preference of hiring their own? We all know the answer.

@jj Don't prove yourself being an original a--hole and a pure shitbag. Don't tell me about the work ethic you fraudulent a--hole. I have been here for decades and proved myself as Very ethical.. Where did your momma buy your fake engineering degree ? I know how things work out there you sh-t-pot..

Unless you have something to hide here.. why would you come here and comment.
USCIS/ICE should find you.

I believe a lot are justified. If you have a sh-t work ethic you deserve to be laid off, because you weren't doing the work. Then you are justifying H1B petitions by being a shitbag. Don't do that.

@je there are also ex H1B. Are you blind. Many Indians here over 10 years. So they are citizens. The point is they can help to offshore. That is the real strategy and goal.

@j4 Beyond their internal tactics.. Can they prove How heavily disproportional number of US Citizens were laid off compared to the H1B visa holders ? Will they come up with documentation that the long serving US Citizens have become incompetent, hence they were let go in droves. Can they support the numbers statistically.. ?

A Subpeona will bring the facts out..

HR exists to protect the company , especially for situations just like this one. You better believe they have all the paperwork in order to justify whatever they've done.

@ez Curbing "misuse", you mean expanding low paid farm work? They aren't curbing anything. Look around. There's loopholes to everything. And did they curb outsourcing legally at all? No? Then how did it protect your job if that is 10x cheaper 🤡🤡

@dz if you believe HR is for the worker bees, think again. HR is NOT your friend. HR is there to protect the company in any company.

@eg You must be an ignorant id--t with some immigration skeletons & fraudulent resume in the closet, to pay a blind eye to the fact that most of the recent immigration policies come from Stephen Miller's office or advise.

Between America First & curbing H1B visa mis-use, the gap needs to be bridged.

It is not that he cares about any particular section, this is part of the Policy advice his office is vested in.

@d5 No one blames HR, they ARE part of us, the worker bees, just doing their job in the best way possible. They don't make decisions but just implement them. They are stuck in the middle under many constraints. No hard feelings at all against HR.

Deletion? HR doesn’t have access to content deletion nor any other influence over these pages. If they did, this whole board would’ve been nuked ages ago. Half the posts here are literally calling out how incompetent they are and how shady their policies can be.
