Just had a conversation with my Director and they stated that Enbridge in Ontario will be going back to full 5 days per week in the second quarter. Stated this is to be in line with the Province of Ontario mandated all government workers back to a full 5 days.
I do believe what I was told but guess will wait and see.
I haven't heard anything. Cuz the offices is empty.

Look back at over the last 3-4 years of posts on here and you will see every 2-3 months someone makes a post like this claiming to have insider info that the hybrid model will be removed by such in such date. The Company is not stupid and know how important the WFH balance is for the workforce and productivity.

This is untrue. It was very clearly stated at the recent all company forum that FlexWork is not being modified. Yes, the company could change its mind at some point, but not immediately after saying the opposite to the whole employee base.

I doubt Enbridge would have a geographic specific RTO policy. Aligning it to Ontario government workers policy is weak - if so - many other jurisdictions where we operate have more strict in person office rules.
