If leadership wants increased office presence they need to consider satellite offices. Almost two hour commutes because of Charlotte traffic is taxing. Is it helpful to have people together and stressed out because of the accident they narrowly missed coming in on highways with aggressive drivers? You want people in a facility then build facilities on all sides of Charlotte.

@j2 tell us again what it was like grandpa! You were in the minority 20 years ago, lucky, but today you work for Truist so do what they ask or leave.
20 years ago I worked 3 days a week in office for Suntrust - someone's pre-Covid memories seem inaccurate ???
Truist has been closing satellite locations leading up to this - not sure why they would re-invest in more real estate just to make your drive better?!
Pretty obvious this isn't about us or care or anything other than a power play for a wannabe bigger bank
@aa did you forget pre Covid there were hundreds of thousands less people commuting in the greater CLT area?
@dx exactly!
@bf you obviously didn't work for hBBT
@dx yet here you are whining . You sound like the kind of manager who thinks “team building” means yelling louder.
@dx This person wins the Internet today. Most accurate post I have seen here on this Truist board.
Stay home, get fired. The constant whining from the employee base is insufferable. Management may be an issue but you are the bigger issue and you aren’t that good at your jobs. C students at best. No wonder we continue to offshore.
Join the club. Atlanta traffic is just as sh---y.
@aa ‘Everyone’ = WRONG. I worked uptown 2-3 days a week, for years prior to Covid. Get your facts straight.
- laughs in atlanta traffic*
@a4 let me guess, you can walk to the office
Wow, did everyone forget that until Covid everyone worked 5 days a week in the office in downtown??? You would think we are being asked to give up our first born child. It is a job, they pay you to do it their way, don’t like it LEAVE! No one owes you any accommodation, don’t like the circumstances LEAVE!
