Pretty much means my salary goes down after inflation But my team is great, fun projects and atmosphere quality. Makes the decision to stay or leave tough.
Given low compensation relatively, Q needs some way of proving its value. Flexible WFH was one of the best differentiators over other companies that paid more: but with full RTO, if you don’t like your team, why stay?
Also, they claimed the food would be better, but it’s just as bad as before.
I got the same performance rating but lower increase % compared with last year. How about yours?

The amount of employees total compensation is determined by board of directors. It is a given right of company management considering all aspects of company business. You should choose to either accept whatever you get or leave. It is up to you. No one stops you.

Try living in SC with what they pay on Bay Area. Q employees are in poor band.

Don't complain and do interview for Apple, Broadcom, and Nvda. Most of Q folks will fail in getting a job in those big tech companies. Most of capable folks already left Q.
There is always someone who wants your job. You're all entitled. You don't deserve what life has given you.
Don't complain any more! Still there are so many jobless folks with great skill sets. Why don't you leave and give your jobs to those jobless people. They are ready to replace your roles.
If you don't like what you paid, why don't you leave instead of complaining. Otherwise shut up and focusi on exercising your tasks.

Should be happy for what you get. You decided to stay there. No one forced you to work there. You still get a raise while working for a stagnant company. That's awesome.
