He is a brilliant business leader who has created better outcomes for associates, shareholders and clients in every job he's held. That is objective fact when you look at the business metrics, not personal insults. My two cents are that Mike was too much inexperienced to run a company as large and complex as Fiserv. A first time CEO has much to learn and a smaller more manageable role such as running PNC would have served Mike much better.

@OP Frank was a fraudster and a criminal. Mike couldn't sustain his fraud any longer or didn't care to continue to be that unethical. Kudos to Mike. There is a special place for people like Frank.
Deal with it. He is only getting started.
Yeah he was great, especially the part where he intentionally misled investors about the Clover numbers and now the company is in a class action suit over it. that was super cool. also his love of laying off employees the week before thanksgiving for no good reason, also really cool and definitely conducive to a productive and functional work force
@j1 show us on the doll where the orange man hurt you
Frank is such a stud with that 'roid rage look. Hope he don't pop!
Frank, get off here.
Frank is the PERFECT t.a.c.o appointee. None more on-point.
FB didn’t trust his people so that’s why he tracked them and didn’t allow them out of his sight. We are still suffering from his awful leadership so are our clients. He was an absolute disaster for this company.
@OP You are delusional if you think Frank cares about anything other than lining his own pockets. The only thing Frankie Boy is good at is being a con man. The objective facts are that Fiserv continues to lose clients because of p-ss poor customer service and slow to react to outages leaving customers in the dark. The Clover fiasco/lawsuit where the year over year growth percentages were largely inflated all because Frank was too greedy. Not to mention the dysfunctional management that oversees various teams. Are these the business metrics you are referring to?? Or have you lost too many brain cells being plugged in and monitored by Sapience for 10+ hours at Fiserv?
Thanks for the post Frank
Ba-f. Frank is a con artist. Good riddance.
@OP HOW MUCH CHAPSTICK DO YOU NEED?
I heard that Frank's current employer has an incredible amount of debt.
Fk Frank and good riddance
My son-in-law - quite successful with 7 figures in his bank - told me once he knew two friends who worked for dear Frankie boy. He has NO respect for people at all, only lining his own pockets as a good KKR graduate always has.
@OP too bad they no longer do random dr-g testing.
Franks record shows nothing but mental abuse of employees, made up numbers to inflate stock price.
Fiserv bought FirstData that was bankrupt and assumed all the debt he accumulated there
