A reliable source told me the company is planing to reinstate 401K match on July 1st. Anyone else hear similar information.

There is not going to be any reinstatement of benefits/increments in 2022, possibly into 2023. Not unless 1) Attrition is through the roof, it is still within range now 2) Debt is paid down significantly.
No reason to restore match until the next round of pip is complete this fall.
You got to wonder if the pension and health care is going to be grandfathered in for 45 and older. Is that why younger than 45 years old management recently quit?
This would not be a good move. I think a lot of middle career people are still here for the pension and health care after retirement.
While I do remember the 401K match being mentioned during my hiring, I don't know that it meant much at the time. I was going to be part of the most important company in the world.
All of that is under the bridge.
Which I've spotted a very nice spot on I-10 between here and Lake Charles.
Fishing is good!
Lmao, some people just want to believe.
Prosperity gospel and koolaid
This person has no understanding of the company. Best bet is 2022Q2 or Q3. If this happens more layoffs
July 1st is the date when the PIP is announced and the Pension and retiree heath is grandfathered for those 45 and older. 401k match is not even on Irving's radar only there RSUs are, their salary treatment and their bonuses.
That is correct. July 1, 2030.
No way, 4Q21 at the earliest
If your source really was reliable, you wouldn't be posting the question here hoping to get confirmation.
@izr+1aTMNwM2 - how do you know?
No, it’s not. It’s not even in 2022 Plan
