These layoffs are unprecedented in size according to unofficial comments by important people. This is a watershed for Dell.

It will happen! Managers may be on the list as well if they do not know about or their team is not impacted. And no, we do not sign NDAs. Layoffs depend on team, location, high costs, but not on missing the 39 days.
