Everyone knows that thelayoff is an echo chamber, right? Look at the views of the posts. The ideas here are statistically very small to the size of the company. Too small to know how the average feels.
I think it's safe to say most are bothered by the delay and tired. However, the doom and gloom prediction that is tossed around, the everything is falling apart escape while you can narrative. Statistically is not representing enough of the employee base to be creditable. Not say it is or isn't true, there's not enough information here to know. But for the few people on here seeing that everyday and internalizing it, it is only amplifying your own anxiety. It can become a self fulfilling prophecy.
Take caution that you aren't creating your own monsters. Watch out that you're not being quick to accept something because it aligns with your subconscious biases.
