Has anyone from the last 2 waves heard anything about severance. That’s pretty much the only thing keeping me around.

Signed Jan 23, no emails about anything..severance, COBRA, nothing.
I signed 1/11 and haven't gotten A THING as of today so that's BS
Payments that were being made to some individuals, that were layed off prior to the 1/10 layoff, have also been suspended. They received the same email about a 2/8 update.
If you live in a final pay state you were paid severance on the next pay cycle.
I was laid off on 1/10 and I signed the agreement the same day I received the email. I was paid my severance in full in the 1/20 paycheck. But I suspect only those who signed by 1/13 (the last day for the pay cycle) and made the 1/20 paycheck got paid. Anyone who signed after either didn’t get paid in full or at all from what I am hearing.
@iyj+1l3zQL54 One of the few factual posts on here.
There has been no communication from BBB. If you were laid off on 1/10--you probably didnt receive any severance...if your store closed in late 2022 or if you were laid off in the last wave of layoffs--your severance stopped abruptly last week when you didnt receive your severance---No warning.
There are people who cannot make their mortgages, people who arent getting their child support, crippled for staying too long at a failing company...Dont stay and wait for a severance or a come back--its not going to happen.
She helped created such a toxic company .That would be L.M. Total waste of money. Real lying pos.And that doesn't stand for point of saie
They keep saying they will give information to all the people who they stiffed out of their promised payments on 1/27 by 2/8. They told people in the last 2 waves they would also provide an update by 2/8 on any retention/severance. My gut tells me the information sent out on will be “F U we are only going to protect ourselves and make sure we get ours” thank you L M chief people and culture officer.
