India handles closing ASIC and RMBC chats after 8pm. AET/accounting is officially going to India. They are no longer available on chat. They will start training India soon. Other departments will follow.
I meant to say *they are not handling chats for ASIC and underwriting.
Service to resolve client problems has pretty much dissolved. Chat times are too long and even when we get through the chances of getting our issue fixed are slim, none or never. Client exodus will continue as this level of dysfunction will continue unabated.
