The problem is not France or any other from EMEA it’s the lack of truly new and innovative products. Simple as that.
We have known this for years. No matter what France does they are sc--wed because they depend on the U.S. to do anything.
I think France should sacrifice themselves for the good of the rest of resideo. They are all leeches. They will never reach even the level of the soles of melville.

Replace the French with India. India can do engineering, marketing, project management, across everything.

They are already -in every meeting… it’s not working well at all. The batteries discharge too fast, doesn’t stand a humid environment well, cleaning is almost impossible due to grooves on the device, cloud connection fails intermittently…the list is long.

Yeah you’re right, I saw / heard management spending more time on politics than actually defending and securing resideo products and offers
Probably sales/marketing
Again software attacking hardware
