It’s so unfortunate that this rif has caused both sides to rip each other apart because everyone feels their side is better than the other. I am embarrassed and ashamed to be part of the company right now. We are so much better than this

The rift was by design. What do you think the corporate strategy and digital transformation teams have been working on for the past many years? The wall between the business units was well crafted.

@jun+1nXXBJqd 100%, Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching, or in this case being anonymous...The CC I started working at almost 5 years ago, had people with integrity. As the current leadership positions, at all levels, started being filled with dishonest, individuals with no integrity from the likes of other Telecom companies, CC lost it's way. We all know which companies I'm talking about. For those who don't,quite a few came from Centurylink and AT&T. One of the worst came from Google Fiber via Verizon.

Not to state the obvious, but a team that ruptures like this is usually one with very poor leadership.
Not a majority? Every person I've talked to is absolutely livid with how we are being treated. Not only will many of us loose our positions but many of those remaining have to relocate or loose their job. There is no consideration for their families, their lives, or their families jobs.
OP It most definitely is sad. Most of these individuals learned this behavior as children and never left childish things once they became adults. The results of arrogance and vainglory.
Some ships cannot be saved. Grab a life jacket while there still is one. The foxes in charge of this hen house will always tell you it’s safe when your instincts tell you otherwise. Trust your instincts.

I agree…but realize this is a small handful, not the majority. They also clear their history and are able to up/down vote…so, don’t believe it’s very many. it’s best we all leave this site alone and let these few be bitter while the rest of us move on.
