Well another one bits the dust. Good bye key west Kmart, it was nice to know you! You want the stupid proof, it’s not my job to do YOUR homework, go do your own research while I watch this big beautiful Kmart crumble into the sea.

No, the Key West Kmart is NOT closing. This thread is false.
We're all journalists now.
“Although the Supreme Court has never directly held that the Gertz rule applies beyond the institutional press, it has repeatedly refused in non-defamation contexts to accord greater First Amendment protection to the institutional media than to other speakers,” he wrote. In one case, he said, “the Court expressly noted that ‘we draw no distinction between the media respondents and’ a non-institutional respondent.”
I just checked the Google reviews for this store and someone still replies to some of them but they forget to edit the standard replies hahaha

There are several news sites I post on. This is, but one of them. And yes, we journalists report hard news, on this, as well as other, websites.
We are still waiting for you to create your journalistic news site. What is taking you so long? You are otherwise wasting your time on this "rumors and possibilities" board
Whatever happened to the Loss Prevention guy? He should know if Key West was closing or not. Was laid off?
No it is not closing. Key West is the most Profitable stateside location (not including the territories), due to the monopoly that Kmart has in that city. That store will be the last stateside Kmart to close. It isn't going anywhere, any Time soon. Don't post lies. Honestly, even though Miami is not currently closing, that Kmart has a much higher chance of closing in the near future, than Key West. Because Miami has Wally, Targy, etc..
No, this is where we journalists report news. Inventing fake closings, that aren't really happening, was never the intention of this site. Only if a store is actually closing, should it be posted as closing.
No, this is a news site where we report retail news. Children spread rumors, not grown men and women.
I suggest you reread the homepage of this website which clearly states this is a discussion board to learn more about rumors and possibilities. With that transparency, one is not mislead. Sorry.
If they prefer clicks to journalistic integrity then shame on them for selling their souls. Report the news accurately or not at all. I'd rather make less Money, and uphold my integrity than more Money while misleading people. Or they can be content being a laughing stock.
The owners of this website disagree with you. It is a rumor and this generates clicks and views, which in turn generate revenue from the advertisements. Paychecks for us, not for you.
Never post a closing without evidence. Ever.
The child is riding their downvoting cycle again
I honestly think that Eddie Lampert must be the troll that keeps posting nonsense on here just to mess with everyone else. I mean it would make sense because only Eddie would be stupid enough to be entertained by such nonsense.
I've spent all day looking for the great journalists on this site that were mentioned below. Can someone please help me?
When does them clothes for good?
Long live the land line!
Fake News
Can you post a link to photos of the liquidation signs, with enough background so that we can tell it is Key West?
Make me.
Troll alert everyone! Ignore the children’s hour and move on.
Yes! The car stores Avweneel and them Warshingtin stores too!
Moderators delete this fake news trash.
@ikm+1e84dR66 yes, liquidation signs have just gone up inside the store sadly.
What makes you believe it is closing? Are there liquidation signs inside or outside the store?
