Word getting around that a PGA mgr slapped an employee. And hr didnt fire her but employee is pipped. Crazy that mgr handles the company reputation, who does that. So watch your rear end and dont report s**ual harassment if you want to keep your job.

Pioneer had an excellent P&GA lead. She left for Conoco
There was once some choking at a site. Two big people at each other's throats. They are no longer employed by excon. There was once a loud bo-m and a hole in a wall. I know I get my spanking every April thru July on what a naughty person I have been.
@jwa+1tYsSOpc The “better pay and benefits” thing isn’t universal, or even common. The people who left for more money were probably underpaid to begin with. Benefits are also a$$ pretty much everywhere.
Plus, they actually have to work for their money now. At EMHC that was never the case.
Someone call Socks!
I haven't been slapped physically by P&GA management, but verbally several times. I’ll share my story when the time comes.
This actually did happen and it is not a disgruntled employee. Very disappointed in the company and the outcome.
P&GA is both toxic and incompetent. They fit in well at Excon.
P&GA is so toxic.
@nnd+1tYsSOpc Since you heard this, was it directly from the source? Or did you hear it the way I just heard it for the first time not from someone I know or trust that can verify?
What gravy train lmao. Majority of the people who left got equal or better pay with way better benefits. EM is not the only show in town.
@nnd+1tYsSOpc Yeah, I heard the same rumor. Read it on some website about layoffs. Funny thing is, most of the people posting on it for Exxon don’t even work there. They’re just disgruntled former employees who never got over getting kicked off the gravy train.
Weird, innit?
Was this in Midland by chance?
Stranger things have happened. I think there is a good chance OP is telling the truth.
@icq+1tYsSOpc, before you say OP’s post is baseless, I actually heard this too…
“Word getting around that a PGA mgr slapped an employee…”
Yet another baseless claim of criminal activity occurring at ExxonMobil. This time the OP went with felony as--ult.
If anything even remotely close to this had actually happened, the offending employee would have been terminated immediately, and charges would have been filed. There is no way to sweep as--ult under the rug, and no company would risk a lawsuit over trying to.
This is just another RE who doesn’t like his job or his management (but he definitely likes his paycheck) shouting BS into cyberspace.
