@ica+1nZQzxRk I know 3 people who were laid off this morning who were women and one who is LGBTQA+. Dell is committed to diversity in every facet, including layoffs.

They’re forced to interview diversity candidates for every single requisition when hiring. It’s not based on performance, it’s based on some weird woke agenda that they’ll pay for in the long run.

Of course they will. You get to a more inclusive workforce 1 of 2 ways. 1)Discriminate against those who are not members of the favored groups when hiring or 2) Layoff those who are not members of the favored groups. Most people tend to focus on the hiring issue, but the layoff side is just as evil.
