Who makes the list? Is it based on performance, salary, tenure, or luck? Which departments are getting hit hardest? Are newer employees safer or more at risk? What's the real business reason behind this? They won't tell us anything, so we're all just guessing and panicking.

Well, nothing happened that week and last week too.. stock back to rising. Any explanation or update? or just waiting game.
GLOSS? or like cybersecurity? Doesn't cybersecurity manage the AI tools and licenses?
I swear you folks just get bored once a month and come in here to post a bunch of nonsense with no basis in reality. Seems to mostly be former service employees with a grudge.
@hw where did you hear? And at what level.. just curious how you know specific about security teams?
AI is taking over all non customer facing roles.
Where did you hear that? Management? Rumors somewhere? Thanks!

What's gps?
There's definitely an uneasy feeling lately with mgmt and leadership. Typically when we have so many members of leadership leave in such a short time, that's an indicator of what's to come. In the last 24 hours we've been told about 3 separate members of leadership leaving between GPS and CS. According to Wayfair's Q1 2026 Earnings Report, the company posted a net loss of $105 million for the first quarter
Do you have any insider info that there is a layoff coming?
In the past my teammates who were laid off were some of the more expensive middle management roles. Recently (past 2 years) I have been seeing departments put people on PIP to eliminate their roles instead of official layoffs. As they never h
