It has now become apparent that our current CTO is incompetent, like he was in every job before. He is not able to do anything without the approval of 2 former CTO from
Honeywell. He can’t think for himself . Both previous CTO at least were able to direct. He can’t. He won’t . He is incapable of it.
Mike can do the job and not be just a figurehead . Let’s make the change and kick out that incompetent talker.

@pfk - sales will continue strong through 2020 and into 2021 due in large part to radio sales driven by the 3G sunset. If the new platforms/products that are being launched have any success, I think the next 15 months will be very strong.
And sales are good despite all this Corporate In-fighting. Is REZI going to survive these final months of 2020? What will 2021 bring? I’ll sit back and watch the in-fighting.
1) the current CTO unlike all CTO doesn’t have a team. He can’t fire, can’t hire, and is not allowed to do anything without 20 people verifying what he does. Same for Finance. He is not allowed to spend anything beyond 20k
What does that tell you?
2) no matter what the previous CTO were, they were action oriented people. What do you see now?
3) if the company is to survive, and the current CTO is a figurehead and the real CTO power lies elsewhere, why keep the dude? Get rid of him, enough of the farce. Guy has made nothing in 2-3 months and is waiting for next year i bet when he has another job lined up. Only the prez and the CEO are not seeing that. We are just dumb when we don’t hold those people accountable

Brian is a nasty sales guy he represent what is wrong with that company. At least mike can do something. As for the 2 consultants with no responsibilities... they are there to make the real decisions because The nimcompoop is always asking who - what and can’t think for himself.

All power reside in the hands of the other 2 CTOs - who have no responsibilities . So he is the fall guy. Let’s making fall faster and eject him. We have enough of those losers that are not trustworthy? Anyone who knows him before feels he is trustworthy?
