Work just hard enough to keep from getting fired and a little more than the worst person on your team and no more.
Silence after the a bo-b was dropped with everyone knowing more air raids are coming.
Yes quiet indeed, but what more can be said to change the overall opinion of Citi.
A bank that’s in decline, in trouble with the regulators at risk of being downgraded, guided by a patronizing self centered management, and an incompetent CEO whose every word spews out like a drunkard’s vomit.
Many people’s lives have been put at risk by the reorganization to put money into the CEO’s pocket. A careless, unaccountable decision that has employees scrambling and distracting them from the reality of the crumbling state of the company.
Where I’m at there have been two let go from my group in Tx. That’s as much detail as I’m going to give, so don’t ask for more specifics.
Quite quiet in fact…😉

I don’t see any announcements or townhall since past few weeks ? Is everyone busy with mid year. I see SVP or D at my department taking more leaves frequently than previous cycles. Just curious with patterns.
Things are cooking in the background. Get ready for massive layoff.
Post ID: @hrs+1tjpy226 Citi Choo Choo HR & Insane Jane are High on LSD Cr@ck Koolaid ! The only way for Citi to get to its 180,000 employee goal is for more layoffs to happen. Employees are NOT fooled by Cuckoo Choo Choo "managers" !!!

Heard next wave is September 2024 and then Jan 2025. Summer is normally quiet for these things.
I have been checking regularly as well and no updates for a while. Don't know how everyone else feels, but based on articles shared here, there is still more to come as Citi far from its goal based on public articles. It hurts to check this everyday and build anxiety when the changes will take months from now. What I know as fact is as long as remaining here, there will always be that uncertainty.
There are still quiet layoff
