it’s a reminder that, at the end of the day, no one is truly indispensable at their job. work will go on, and someone else will eventually take their place, while their family is left to grieve. a heartbreaking situation, but a powerful reminder to prioritize your family and the things you love over work.

Funny, I have 2 decades here. I get paid fine. Get nice bonuses and raises. Insurance covered my cancer surgery and back surgery. No complaints. If you can't handle stress then go work at an easy job. Stress is not outside, it's you that has the choice to react with envy and hate. The moping "poor me" attitude. Nobody cares. Life goes on.

Funny, I have 2 decades here. I get paid fine. Get nice bonuses and raises. Insurance covered my cancer surgery and back surgery. No complaints. If you can't handle stress then go work at an easy job. Stress is not outside, it's you that has the choice to react with envy and hate. The moping "poor me" attitude. Nobody cares. Life goes on.

@hqa+1vPt2YKN Or you know, the more obvious thing is that people don't fully enjoy working for a company that offers way below market compensation, has toxic leadership, and puts its employees through insane stress of layoffs / way below inflation raises. It doesn't even offer good coverage to its employees, which is the one big seller we have the capability to do.

And on top of this, this company is responsible for the suffering of so many, many people -- besides what it inflicts own employees. Leadership is constantly obsessed with d-mb trends like blockchain and generative AI while great employees who try to do make actual improvements for the betterment of the company repeatedly get sc--wed over.

Is it really any surprise that people are disgruntled with this company? When your leadership falls for d-mb grifts constantly and doesn't respect you?

Too many angry and disgruntled posts on here. I suspect they come from the same individual. Over and Over, day after day. Responding to their own posts. I suspect the FEDS play KNOCK KNOCK with this individual after they fully review the layoff LOGS. You are a toxic individual, wrapped up in hate and delusions.
