Gaslighting is rampant at ExxonMobil. The bullies always win; management and HR are told but repeatedly do not act even in the most obvious cases. We are losing genuinely good and honest talent who are bullied because they’re great at what they do and others are jealous/competitive. If you find yourself confronted with gaslighting please ensure you tell friends and family and let them help you maintain perspective. Don’t get caught in a manipulative ExxonMobil abuse cycle. It is horrible to be trapped for literally doing a great job. Some colleagues have not escaped alive.
