How's that 'go forward' (liquidation) strategy working?

Working beautifully for Lampert! He gobbled up massive amounts of real estate for his own private gain, and has benefitted from it. Those who say it's not, I point out by holding out in Minneapolis, he got $8 million, just like the massive payout he got from Manhattan. The guy's not a mo–n, he knows real estate is where the money is- money for himself, while we do all the work making him rich, but hey, at least he has his mansion paid for!
So this is over in 2021? The last hoo-rah?
Eddie has to keep a few stores open to satisfy the tax credit purchase of Sears and Kmart out of bankruptcy. Once that is satisfied, he will sell the Guam KMart and close everything else.
For New Jersey we have lost all Sears Store except for the one at Newport Centre in Jersey City, New Jersey and four Kmarts in Avenal, Westwood, Belleville, and Kearney, New Jersey. This is exactly what Eddie Lampert want put profits over people and milk on real estate until it’s no longer valuable if you work at any location in and outside of New Jersey get out while you can. Eddie Lampert is a piece of garbage Wall Street Billionare

@hml+17sJ4qRC It’s not just management, but the whole organization, associates on up
Company still exists because Eddie keeps getting loans and pouring money into it with nothing much positive to show for it.
Cheers to Eddie!!!!
Most business (90%) that file for chapter 11 go bust within 6 months.
Lets hope for another two years of continuous success!
Gotta give some credit, the company still exists!
Sears managers are weak and poor quality individuals. Many are not working because they are losers.
