I am always amazed at the fear people have about DEI. They use the initials like it's some type of bogeyman. I once had a diversity expert use me as an example on how diverse my teams were. I corrected him that maybe they were diverse but the top 10 visible to executive level initiatives were all assigned to middle age white guys. That was an example of bad equity and inclusion. Now at WF it is the same only the top 10 initiatives are assigned to Indian employees by an Indian manager. Equity and inclusion is still a problem at WF. Just my opinion. Start the angry responses and name calling.

This isn’t the root of our many problems here. It’s the lack of good leadership at the very top of the house.

And that includes KF.

It's really not....while the program is doomed.....what about all the nut jobs out there that still live for DEI that badge in every day. The offices are full of ding dongs....

I’m pretty surprised that it took you 5 days into the new year to complain about the job of 14 people. Was expecting it 4 days ago. Must of gotten triggered when you saw a co worker that looked like they received preferential treatment.

Sorry to be a broken record, but I'll post the same thing I post in every DEI thread: someone please provide a single quantifiable, objective measurement of the benefits that DEI has provided Wells Fargo (keeping in mind we have a huge DEI staff with a large department budget... they should be providing some obvious value, right?).

I hope one of these days someone actually provides an answer.

DEI is the death of meritocracy. Anyone who supported it should be excommunicated.
