Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Can I find an approved RTO document, something like Policy & Procedures?

not asking if you can share it here, just point me to where i can find it internally?

@hm Unfortunately I don't think we're able to view those documents if we ourselves are not managers. At the very least it says I don't have permission.

There are a lot of documents on Sparq around the recent RTO. Search "Flexible Way of Working Resources Documents" and it will take you to a list of about 10 documents geared for managers who have team members impacted by RTO, like how to address resistence and FAQs. I found it very helpful to understand what information my manager has been given.

Search SPARQ for RTO - they have a list of talking points and a CAP document.

They aren’t going to put it into writing, it could backfire on them. They just expect managers to do it and then can count them in the next layoff when you don’t comply. Don’t you know we don’t document anything here?!

If you are RTO your manager has “talking points” and you will get an email with instructions aside from that there is nothing out on sparq etc.

@a3 yeah no documentation and managers are just shrugging and expecting you to guess what’s happening

Hahaha. Documentation? We replace top level executives without telling anyone. Nothing is documented here at all for at least half of our business.

@OP I’ve looked and can’t find anything. Asked my manager and nothing from them either. Feels like they’re being vague on purpose
