BTE last 2 years, 39 years with Allstate - no assessment - told yesterday my job is eliminated. Last day 10/30/20. So much for the criteria laid out there
Unless your job is eliminated - then there is no criteria
Please note 5% of decision is bases on seniority.
It doesn’t say that seniority is in your favor.
Why would any company want to continue to pay for lots of vacation days and increasing pensions ?

Yeah it's fair to those whose departments aren't being axed entirely. If your department is safe it's normal fat trimming. Same as every few years
