Got on was sent this evening and happening tomorrow morning if you have a calendar invite for 15 mins it's a RIF meeting

@he what is the RIF target? Count or %? I been hearing it's 20-30% for some teams in several phases to get around WARN
@cq if you don't normally meet with them its 100% that. I normally met with my sr leadership given my role and thought my 30min meeting last year was just new projects.

@cq Everything will work out and we have no controls on what them decide. Even yearly reviews are done without any inputs from us.
