Our ranting and ravings, mine included, have subsided. Are we tired, ambivalent, still working through the results? I myself am not looking forward to dealing with the mess we will be left with.

@ys Becauae it’s Hunger Games time, and each of us must look out for ourself. This company wants us to stope being nice, and we’re gonna be a company of a--holes, just like MW asked of us. FOFO
There are some Denver wave 1 folks that are checked out because they don't want to move. They're looking for jobs to stay in Denver. Honestly, I think it's kinda sh---y. If they knew there weren't going to be jobs in that location, which they did, and that they had no intention of moving, why on earth didn't they just EOI so that job could have been given to someone that wanted to stay?
@gc Same for me. Sad state of affairs. I’m outta here as soon as I can find a job. Too bad they let my colleagues go and kept me. One guy really needed this job. Wife and kids…he’ll be even more upset once he finds out I was selected only to leave as soon as I could.
Not sure the reason why, but the HOU150 was nearly empty at 12 noon today. I was thinking some phase 2 people were either left standing or emotionally exhausted :(
It’s was blood bath for HR 40% cut and those that roles were based on popularity and who you were friends with.
Nah, not satisfied. It took everything in me to accept the role I was shoved into. The manager is an incompetent POS and I just don’t know if I’m up for this.
Things are always quiet after a nuclear event. Lots of people digging out and wondering what's next.
We are freaking exhausted, hence the calmer board.
All this talk about clarity and clear definitions of roles? Most of the postings were vague and generic and we lost folks with experience. This new org will not be any fun to work in and cleanup.
