Very sorry for all of you who have been affected by this layoff. Reach out to your network for assistance getting a new position. I have been through this many many times in the past first at IBM in Poughkeepsie back in the early 90s then again at some starter companies I worked for and of course got blasted at Lenovo. It may not look like it now, but it does get better. It is a kick to the ego and unfortunately, some people will find joy in your misery. LinkedIn is your friend reach out to people you haven’t spoken to in years. Most people are happy to help.
