Andy was a typical C level out for himself and surrounded by syncopate. Junipers biggest problem is its run by engineers who don't understand sales, they look at it all as being engineering driven and won't put skin in the game to get products certified quick enough or integrated like MIST why are they still a separate company and now they absorb 128. Our field engineers do all the work and the 128 and MIST folks sit back an gaslight anyone who calls them on their lack of real support. Upper management is enamored with both technologies while cutting products with no notice that impact the Federal and State and Local Government markets , they can do it as the management in both sectors are ROADS ( retired on active duty) 15 year vets just resting and vesting that will never dare to stand up and be heard.

Irreversible Cultural shift he caused in Juniper with his management style, has to be dealt with in years to come. This is what happens when you have a toxic leader at the top. All followers and nodding-heads who followed him now has that subtle leadership style which is toxic in nature...Snapping at the team, gas lighting with the team, emotional blackmail with the team, false stories which have no ground reality and what not. These folks have ruined Juniper for years and they are still around...Juniper have given them a demi-god status who are never held responsible for their acts...

Bit of a narcissistic type imo. New guy appears to be better but worked for AA so I would imagine he will be the same in the long run. Juniper is run by Engineers and the Sales leadership is weak at best they are mostly lifers and thats not good at any company for all they end up doing is building a structure that benefits them and their wallet not the company or the employees. Juniper has way too many 15-17 year veterans... needs new blood up and down the ladder.

AA was a lifer who built a comfortable empire to milk. He surrounded himself with people loyal to him. The fact that he's out tells you how bad things really are at the company.
