Ugh fun? Seriously, its just a nightmare. Like, who even thinks dragging your dog or kid to work is a good idea? It's just a cringefest! And beach theme days? Really? That's the best you got Mr Webb? It's all so cheesy and just makes me want to crawl under my desk and hide. Can't we just do our jobs without all this lame nonsense. Trust us, it's not boosting morale. Just let us work from home and be away from this circus of SLT's, ELT's and BOD's! I mean, come ON already. Just STOP!

@OP Selling how great it is. Anyone with a brain would see through this “see how flexible we are” and “how much fun it’ll be” with nonsense “perks” vs drive times, drive stress drive expense, etc. Child care now an additional worry/expense. Not to mention the “industry average pay raises” . Ever wonder whose statistics they use to come up with the standard? Just more gaslighting from HR.
